Record data from an RS485 interface to removable USB sticks or SD Card
The Avisaro data loggers can record any data from an RS232 interface. They can store the data as it is or format it specifically, for example, with timestamps, and write it to a file. This file can then be read and processed on a PC.
Possible data sources include:
- Industrial control systems ("PLCs")
- Inverters for solar systems
- Air conditioning systems (operational monitoring)
- RFID readers, motion sensors ("XSense")
The Avisaro data logger operates autonomously for months or even years. This means that the logger automatically starts after a power outage, creates a new log file every day or every hour, and utilizes a "ring buffer" where old data is automatically deleted when the storage capacity is full. The data loggers are designed for industrial use, featuring a wide range of voltage support, no moving parts such as fans, and a broad temperature range.
Example:
- Trimble 7P, Trimble R10-1 or Trimble R12i GNSS Receiver
